“Madman in the Morning was created by Frank “The Madman” Browning.
Frank is a 1986 graduate of Tazewell High School. During his time in Kelly green, Browning played for Nick Colobro, Mick Lusk and Dave Lisk. During this timespan, the Bulldogs were 35-9. Frank is a sales manager at Ramey Automotive in Richlands.
The Madman is a huge football fan. In particularly, the Pittsburgh Steelers where his fandom originated his nickname, “the Steel City Madman.”
Frank is in his second year of his show “Madman in the Morning,” which airs on WRIC 97.7 FM and on The Madman’s Facebook @madmaninthemorning each Thursday.…

The Ewing Livestock Market. The sand caves. Dawson Lee.
Ask anyone from the Ewing, VA & they’ll tell you that those are three of their favorite mainstays.
The latter of those three is a senior tailback for the Thomas Walker Pioneers. Last Friday, Thomas Walker defeated Hancock County 47-8 behind Lee’s eight carries for 173 yards and three touchdowns.
That effort was plenty enough to earn Dawson Lee the CoalfieldSports.com Offensive Player of the Week award for week seven.… 
Here in the Coalfields we are blessed with an abundance of exceptional athletes. Maybe none are more exceptional than Graham’s senior quarterback/defensive back, Cameron Allen.
The G-Men’s senior leader proved that on the field last Friday when they defeated their Southwest District opponent Lebanon, 50-13. Allen only played the first half of the game, but was still able to finish with 10 tackles and a 54-yard interception return for a touchdown.…
