Tensions were high as the Lebanon Pioneers played host to their Russell County rivals from Castlewood. The Pioneers came into the game still looking for their first win of the season. While the Blue Devils wanted to become the first Castlewood team to get a road win over Lebanon in 39 years. Lebanon knew they’d have to be aggressive and take some chances if they were to compete with Graham. Friday night’s SWD clash started off with an onside kick as the Pioneers tried to steal a possession from the G-Men. Graham fielded it and brought it back to the the Pioneer 44 yard line. On the first play from scrimmage, Graham WR Devin Lester came in motion and took the hand-off. Lebanon got off to a good start as they tried to earn their first win of the season. Jackson Mullins returned the opening kickoff to the Marion 48 yard line giving Lebanon good starting field position. RB Seth Stanley got the Pioneer offense rolling with a nine-yard run.
